In 2009, I began to develop the idea for the Trail of Hope.
The Trail, tracing the migration path of Lenape Indians, began in Philadelphia Pennsylvania and continued to Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
On March 23, 2011, carrying a backpack with basic supplies, I departed Penn Treaty Park located in Fishtown, Philadelphia, Pa neighborhood and continued along the 2,000 mile journey.
I walked throughout the day and stayed at motels and inns each night. I composed blog entries each day documenting his adventures.
I walked through parts of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma. He arrived in Bartlesville, Oklahoma on August 13, 2011.
